About Madeline
Endlessly curious about food, its origins, and preparations, Madeline took her love of cooking and eating to Paris where she was classically trained at Le Cordon Bleu. Combined with her degree in Media Communication and work experience in advertising and restaurants, Madeline’s culinary training has allowed her to enter the food media world and focus on the niche of food styling and recipe development.
Food styling combines her passions of food and visual arts while putting to use her perfectionist tendencies and appreciation for life’s details. Thinking strategically for clients about recipe development (and making sure those recipes work) feeds her love for forming human connections through food.
You can find Madeline working on photo teams for advertising and editorial projects in Minneapolis, playing pickup hockey, or planning a trip to her next culinary destination.
Clients include Leinenkugal’s, Marty’s Deli, Seventh Generation, Kemps, Target, General Mills, Hormel, King’s Hawaiian, Prime Waters, and Storey Publishing.
